Pool Rules
The Lennox Woods pool is Not open to the public. Only Lennox Woods Homeowner’s Association members in good standing and their limited guests (5) may use the pool and clubhouse facilities.
Guests are limited to 5 guests per household. Guests will only be allowed to use the pool if accompanied by the homeowner/tenant. Homeowners are responsible for their guests. Please be sure that your guests are aware of and adhere to the pool rules.
Homeowner’s association dues must be current in order for the owner or tenant to use the pool and clubhouse facilities. There is no exception or waiver of this requirement.
Swimming Pool Hours: dawn to dusk unless specific hours are posted at the pool. The pool hours are subject to change due to inclement weather conditions. These conditions include rain, thunder and lightning, and any conditions that place homeowners at risk.
There is NO lifeguard on duty. The Association accepts no responsibility and all homeowners SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please be sure to keep a close eye on your children and be aware of any signs of distress.
Diving of any type is strictly prohibited and may result in severe injury or death.
The pool gate MUST be closed at ALL TIMES except when entering and exiting the pool area. The gate is not permitted to be propped open for any reason.
Profanity, offensive, or vulgar language is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Glass bottles and glass containers of any form are strictly prohibited inside the pool area. Broken glass cannot be easily seen in the pool and my require the pool to be closed, drained, and cleaned in order to ensure that all broken glass has been removed.
Place all trash and other garbage in proper receptacles.
No animals or pets are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.
Parents or other responsible guardians must accompany children under fourteen (14) years of age. If a child is not accompanied by an adult, they will not be allowed to swim. The adult must be present during the entire time the child is in the pool area.
The Lennox Woods pool can not be rented and as such homeowner’s private pool parties are prohibited. Lennox Woods homeowners and their guests (limited to 5) are always welcome to use the pool and clubhouse facilities.
All swimmers are required to shower BEFORE using the pool. There are no exceptions to this rule. It is required at all pools operating in the County.
No pool equipment may be removed from the pool area. If pool property is damaged, it will be charged to the responsible party. If you are the last to leave the pool, please close all umbrellas.
All swimmers and sunbathers must wear proper attire. We share the pool with small children so please wear bathing suits with an appropriate amount of coverage.
Infants wearing diapers MUST WEAR RUBBER PANTS over their diapers while in the pool. Do not use disposable diapers in the pool as they disintegrate and clog the filtering systems.
There is No Smoking inside the pool area. If you smoke outside the pool, please dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash can.
These rules and regulations are in place for your protection and to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience when using the pool. Members shall not hold the association or its agents responsible for any accident or injury arising out of the use of the pool. Violation of pool rules is subject to suspension or termination of pool privileges.
